Free UK Shipping!

 

The time to make a case varies depending on the design. I always endeavour to have cases made and dispatched no later than a week from order. As shipping is free it is not tracked and is sent second-class via Royal mail so, please allow up to 3 working days for deliveries in the UK

 

International Shipping

 

For the rest of the world, it can be up to 2 weeks for deliveries to arrive. Although it can sometimes usually arrive within a week depending on the postal service.

 

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on items that have been opened

(If the seal has been removed and the case has been used) unless the item is faulty then we will replace it for you.

 Please note refunds can’t be offered if you have selected the incorrect phone model when checking out. Therefore, we strongly advise for you to double check your phone model. You can do this by heading to your “settings”, then to “general” and then to “about”. Here you will be able to see the model of your phone.

 

If you have received the incorrect item due to our mistake, we will send out the correct item. We will issue you with a pre-paid postage label for you to ship back the incorrect item to us.

 

Please be aware we will only replace the item if you inform us within 14 days of receiving your product. You then have a further 14 days to return the incorrect product to us.

 

Incorrect Address

 

We can’t be held responsible for incorrect addresses it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address to ensure your parcel reaches your destination. However, if the parcel is returned to us, we will not be asking for an extra postage fee.
