Returns & Refunds Policy:
Due to each case being made to order, unfortunately we don't accept returns. However if your item is damaged on arrival we will replace it, or if we have made a mistake with your order we will send out the correct one.
You can request to cancel any orders placed, that are still awaiting processing and you will be refunded. If your order is being processed it is not possible to cancel your order.
If you have purchased a personalised/ custom phone case and it is processing ,unfortunately you are not able to get a refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be:
- within (15) days being received - unused and in the same condition it was received - must also be in the original box packaging
If you order the incorrect phone case for your phone model, we are unable to exchange or refund. Therefore please ensure you have double checked your phone model before placing your order.
You can check your phone model on an Apple Phone by clicking onto "settings", then to "general" and finally to "about", where it will display your phone model.
On a Samsung go to "settings" and click "about phone", this will then display your phone model.
Incorrect Shipping Address,
If you have put the incorrect address on your order and it has already been shipped/dispatched, we are not responsible for what happens with the parcel, however if the parcel is returned back to us, we will reach out to you for the correct address... This can only be done if you provide your email address when placing your order.
